What We Do
We serve as either the general contractor or the project manager. As general contractor, we oversee the work and trades directly. As project manager, we guide the project from start to finish on the owner’s behalf. In either role, we are present on the site, so the owner always has someone watching the work.
How I Work
- As general contractor, I enter into the subcontractor agreements with the companies that perform the work, and I am responsible to my client for the result.
- As project manager, I oversee the contractors my client has engaged and keep the work to the plan and budget.
- In both roles, I am on site while the work is being done, and all work is performed by licensed professionals.
